Poster award for Solomon lab

Congratulations to Susan for winning the Postdoc poster award at the recent Fungal Genetics Conference,CA, USA. Susan poster, entited "The Parastagonospora nodorum-wheat interaction; is it as simple as we think?", reported on the interaction of the Tox3 effector protein with wheat PR1 proteins. The interaction of necrotrophic effectors with assumed defence proteins forces us to re-consider our understanding necrotrophic pathogens.
